 Our cat Louie absolutely loves pouncing at the computer screen, specifically at the mouse as it moves around. Kind of a bugger when a body wants to get work done, but funny most of the time. I'm just waiting until he gets bigger and will start knocking junk over. The guy doesn't seem to get the word "No". I really need a door to this office. 8.24.2007
Glamarama was a lot of fun, we got the hot tub pad poured, and we surprisingly won our hockey game on Sunday night, though we proceeded to get blown out in the semifinals. TiVO install was so-so- had to get the USB wireless ethernet deal so that both cost more and took more time to go and get. The biggest problem was that the in-laws have Dish Network and not cable, so they can only get TiVO to work on one thing at a time on that TV... oh well.

Some interesting activities coming up. First is the Macy's Glamorama with Lou tonight. Should be fun. Not wearing a cowboy hat, but I am wearing boots.
Then tomorrow some buddies are helping to concrete in the hot tub pad. Supposed to rain, so we'll see. Will be some grilling and drinks at least. Sat night is the Twins game, and Sunday will be some much needed R&R, though I need to get over to the in-laws to set up their TiVO. Whew. 8.10.2007
No, I didn't come up with a $100 ticket. Actually, I didn't bet. But last night I did enjoy a few $2 beers, a monster nachos, and some good times with friends at Canterbury Park. If only my buddy from Atlanta didn't have food poisoning and couldn't make it, it would have been perfect!
