Would be fun to see some Wild this season, but no telling how that will turn out. For now, satisfying self with beginner school hockey in the aha. I'm not very good looking up and skating with the puck yet, I have some issues shooting with any accuracy, and I don't stop to my left so well, but it's fun.
We ended with skating drills last night, and I wanted to practice stopping to my left, but chances were likely I would have biffed and collided with too many folks. One dude banged in to the boards pretty hard... I laughed at first, but then simmered down as no one else was laughing. He wasn't hurt, I think that's what folks were waiting to see. I figure I'm 1 mishap away from doing the same thing at any given time on the ice, so my giggle was purely empathetic- I'm not just a cruel person, c'mon.
