I think I might be a goon
Usually when a body thinks something like that, they probably are. This is my opinion of course, because I'm doing the writing. Rare is the case when this body thinks they are a goon, but they're not. Usually it's the other way around, right?

Kind of a release last night at Sled Dogs hockey. I was a bit aggressive at times, too much so for no-check-but-a-lot-of-fun hockey league, but (knock, knock) 0 penalty minutes. But I think our team had fun, and it was the first loss for the Thunder Chickens, so maybe not so much fun for them, but I hope they had fun playing. In the end, it was good exercise, and no one got hurt, right?

Thanks to Scotty and Paud for coming out to watch the game. I know it was late, but fun to have folks there. Doggie treats were a hit.

DVD dvd DVD
So I'm burning my first dvd, or trying to. I can make a copy, no problem. Dvd copy is easy, and it works. But now I'm trying to copy from vcr tape to DVD. So I played in vcr, and recorded to digital DV camcorder. Now I copy from DV to avi file on laptop. I go in to create DVD using Sonic stuff, and preview looks great. Then I burn... when I play, the sound is about 15 seconds behind the video. Dang. What gives. The preview looks fine. Other things write fine, with audio in sync. Maybe I can add a section at the beginning, and then do the burn. Maybe that will help. Boy oh boy though it is frustrating. It *should* work, I think, but it doesn't, and I don't know why. I hate it when that happens.

TODO
To Do's for this weekend include:
- invite for crawfish boil
- add contact info-updating to reunion website
- stay out of trouble
- food tasting on Sat nite (it was the $5,162 for business cards that did them under I'll bet).
All fun things, fire up!
