Recyclable Conmingunables
Or something like that. News flash, I now need to sort my recyclables out. Can't have the glass with the plastic with the cans and paper. Or else. You get a yellow tag. It's funny though because at Lindsay's house, anything went. Just threw it all out in the green bin, and it was taken away, and she got the recycling credit. At our new house though, 10 blocks away, fire up, gotta split them. I guess it's all for good. But why not sort it out at the recycling plant? Almost positive that was the way it was in Madison. And in Houston. And at my apartment in St Louis Park. Oh well. At least it's good to know I can be re-trained pretty easily as a recyclable conmingonables sorter if my current spot ever falls through.

Here we go
You know that phrase "Today is the first day of the rest of your life"? It's funny how it strikes very true for me today. Linds and I were off last week, and now we head to work this morning as a married couple. Today really is a 'first' kind of day. And a 'rest of my life' kind of day. I don't remember ever associating this wedding quote with feelings of boatloads of excitement, but today I do, and it's pretty fun. And to think, tomorrow will always be the next first day, of the rest of my life!
